These terms explain how Puffii works, what you can expect from the service, and the rules for using it.

Eligibility
The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information and comply with the laws that apply where you live. We may suspend accounts that fail age verification or misuse the product.
Fictional AI interactions
Characters and their messages are generated fiction. They are not human, professional advisers, or a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. Do not rely on companions for crisis support.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for exploitation, coercion, content involving minors, impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass safety or billing systems.
Diamonds and purchases
Diamond package pricing and refund eligibility must be shown before purchase. Diamonds currently do not expire while the account remains active. Material price or diamond-policy changes require advance notice where required by law.
User-generated companions and media
You remain responsible for portraits, prompts, and companion settings you create. We may remove or suspend content that violates these terms or local law, and may preserve limited records for safety reviews.
Service changes and termination
Features may change as the product evolves. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or legal requirements.
